the hotel is super close to the beach, like just a minute walk which is amazin! the food was really tasty, especially the desserts, they were like art! most of the staff were friendly and helpful, shoutout to Sirin at reception, she was really nice. the pools are pretty cool with decent areas for sunbathing, and the atmosphere is chill for families.

but the room was kinda dated and could use some freshening up. The towels took ages to arrive after we requested them.

The hotel was incredibly dirty and smelt awful. The bed was atrocious, and management was unhelpful. Fresh breakfast was not served on time, and the food was usually cold.

Friendly staff made it special

The pools were fantastic, and I loved the family-friendly atmosphere during the activities. The beach access was only a minute's walk, making my stay convenient and relaxing. The animation team was engaging, turning every moment into a fun experience for my kids, and they always had warm smiles for us.

Unfortunately, our room had a few issues. It wasn't ready on time and had some cleanliness concerns. The food options at the buffet were somewhat limited, which made it challenging for my picky eaters to find something they liked. The staff was friendly but slow at certain times.

Caught a bit of a shock with the room – felt ancient with smelly covers and dodgy fittings. But breakfast was heaps good with plenty of options!

The beach was awesome, and I loved the main pool with all-day activities. They have great spa services, too. My room's view was stunning, making my stay so enjoyable!

Awesome stay with friendly vibes

I had a fab time here! The huge pool was a blast, and the beach bar had amazing cocktails. The staff was super nice, especially the receptionist who helped me sort my check-in smoothly. The only bummer was that the elevators were kinda slow, but overall, I felt really welcomed and cozy during my stay!

The views from my room were STUNNING! ! 🌅 Room service was prompt, and the staff's attention to detail made my stay truly enjoyable. The spa had excellent treatments, I loved the body wrap! 🧖‍♂️

The carpets could use a thorough clean. they are a bit worn out.
